All ticket sales are subject to availability. When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase tickets. Your order is only confirmed when you receive an electronic order confirmation and the 100% Order Protection Guarantee is issued.
We guarantee that your tickets will be valid for entry to the event. If there is an issue with your tickets, we will attempt to find comparable replacement tickets or provide a full refund.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree not to use bots, scrapers, or any automated means to purchase tickets on our platform. Any violation of this rule will result in immediate account termination and order cancellation.
Electronic tickets (E-Tickets) containing QR codes will be accessible via your User Center. These QR codes are dynamic and securely encrypted. Do not share screenshots of your QR codes, as this may result in unauthorized entry and ticket invalidation.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the FANZONE entity providing the service is registered. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
